| I purchased my first BubbaStik from Amazon in January and my second two in April from StepinStik. Man was not made to have but one BubbaStik! I wanted a stick for balance and I am not ready for a traditional cane. Very pleased with the great quality of the product and I appreciate having the ability to accessorize the Stik as you wish. I would strongly recommend including the wrist strap. In some cases the strap is more of a necessity than a convenience. The website is easy to navigate, ordering is simple and delivery is prompt. It just doesn't get better than that. |

| BubbaSam - The walnut StepinStik arrived today, likely the fastest delivery we've experienced from any online company. The stick was very well-packed, and survived its trip A-OK with minor damage to its container only courtesy of USPS. This is obviously a sturdy stick that fits well, looks great, and should outlast me by many years. Believe I'll get another!soon. Thanks again! |

I've looked at 'em now and have pretty much decided to build a StepinStik from one of the Exotics. Also, thanks for placing Special #331 on hold. Will double-check tonight on a well-used stick to see if the length is enough. It may be close. Will advise you tomorrow. Thanks again for your responsiveness! | Just to let you know the staff and hame arrived today. A couple of days later than USPS said it would, but considering the nasty weather in the east and mid-west, I can't complain. The project is now moving along. I want to thank you again for your prompt response and your service. I really do like the Bubba/Stepin Stik and there have been many who have commented on it. It is interesting how an item purchased for its novelty has become an instrument of necessity. |
