We are an online business and SOMETIMES a more than one crew. So catching us on the phone is difficult, to say the least, as we are not regularly in the office but are on the road OR in the shop building stiks.
Therefore we ask that you use email (preferred) to contact us as we are ALWAYS monitoring it. We will contact you as quickly as we can.
We have had situations were customers have attempted to contact us via email yet they have their computer or email security setup in a way that our replies are rejected.
WE ALWAYS REPLY! So, if you do not hear from us in a reasonable amount of time please email us again and include your phone number with a good time to call you.

Our Phone system configuration will ask for your name then start to ring.
If no one is able to take your call at that time it will ring many times, then present an announcement and allow you to leave a message.

We accept all Major Credit/Debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express as well as eChecks.
However, eChecks usually delays shipments 1-3 days due to clearance processing.
Paypal "processes" our payments BUT YOU DO NOT have to have a Paypal account to complete your purchase transactions.
If you call to place your order and have your payment processed manually there will be an additional fee of $10.00 applied due to insurance and increased shipping charges.
As an alternative we will be happy to take your order over the phone then send you an invoice via email, thus avoiding the $10.00 fee.
We try to ship within 1-2 work days from the date of receipt of payment, Mon thru Fri (until noon) excluding weekends, holidays, vacations and/or forces of nature.
We ship USPS only... Priority Mail for stik/staf orders and First Class for parts & accessory orders.
Please be sure your shipping address is up to date and correct with a deliverable address when completing your payment as that address is where your order will be shipped to.
IF returned you will be notified and in invoice will be sent for the additional return shipping charges.
UPS Ground delivery time for Stik/Staf Orders is 2-5 (avg 2-4 days) work days from date of shipment within in the United States.
USPS First Class delivery time for Parts & Accessory items in the United States can take up to 7 work days from date of shipment unless shipped with a stik/staf order.
International Stik/Staf orders take an average of 6-10 days for delivery to customs in your country from the date of shipment.
You should receive a confirmation email with the tracking number from ShipStation and/or Paypal on Stik/Staf shipments once the order has been processed by them.
While none of these delivery methods are guaranteed delivery times we have found over the last 20+ years it's a pretty solid statement.
