| After having seen my son-in-laws walking stick I had to have one too! He got me on your site and we walked through the simple build process. I was amazed at just how many different types of wood you have to pick from! They are truly all very beautiful and made the decision on which to pick very difficult! Well, I finally came to a decision, got all the accessories I wanted picked out and submitted my order. Now for the worst part, the waiting. My stick arrived a day ahead of the original date the post office projected and I have to say that I really felt like a child at Christmas when I was opening the shipping tube! The stick was packaged very good and arrived in pristine condition, it is absolutely beautiful. The fit and finish are par none! I'm very happy with my purchase and my whole experience with your organization. I will certainly recommend you to everyone I know! |

| While looking for a cane and quite by accident stumbling upon your site and product, I decided to purchase. I have to say that I am very pleased with my walking stick. I received everything that I ordered a day earlier than projected. The quality, craftsmanship, finish...all I can say is wow! My walking stick is truly a beautiful, useful and for me a needed accessory. I never thought I'd say this about a walking stick but I've received so many compliments about it I'm floored! I purchased one for my Father-in-law as well. If you're on the fence and thinking it's too expensive, stop it. It's American made. The quality of materials used to fabricate the stick are top notch. Turn around time was very quick; actually surprising! Customer service was excellent! BubbaSam actually called me back to answer my question (unheard of in this day and age)! BubbaSam and all involved in the creation of my stick, a hearty Thank You! You have my highest rating! |

| I ordered the StepinStik exotic on Saturday evening 11/28/15 at approximately 11:30 pm. I received an email on 11/30 saying the stik would be shipped with two day priority later on the 30th. Today I took a look at the trackinf number for the heck of it. It said it was delivered already at 930 am. I went to the door and it was there. I brought it in and opened it up. The stick was beautiful, well packaged, came with a couple small free goodys and it was exactly as ordered. If this is their normal way of doing things then I am impressed. Now I will have to take it for walk. Maybe someone will do something so I can try it out as a defesive weapon! Seriously, this stick with the polished brass, engraved hame, added American flag, leather strap with barbed wire stamped, metal ferrule tip and rubber cover tip just complimented the exotic wood so perfectly. Right now I am so happy for the great product and fast time. Just looking forward to using it! |

| I'm a 64 year old Vietnam Vet with a bad hip and bad left knee and a back that slips every once and a while. My wife bought me a BubbaStik at a truck stop in Virginia, and it's been my savior and protector ever since. I go out and walk more and have lost a few pounds doing so. I was in D.C. waiting for a train when this fellow came up to me and offered to buy my Stik. Seems he collected canes and I said no sale. The Stik does draw some attention and I do feel more secure having it. Made in the U.S.A. You can't get better than that. Great product. |
