I've have been building and shipping Custom Built Stiks, Stafs and Accessories for over 19 years and get them out within 1-3 days depending on the product(s) and the day and time the order is received.

During those years I have always used USPS Services. However, once USPS takes possession of the shipment (as with ALL shipping companies) the delivery time to the customer depends SOLELY on the that company.

USPS's policies for the services I use are:
  1. Priority Express: Guaranteed 1-2 day delivery by 3pm 1
    (Adds an estimated $30+ to the shipping cost so if you opt for this method please send an "eMail" immediately following the placement of your order)

  2. Priority Mail: Expected 2-3 day delivery within the U.S. & it's Territories 2
    (Stik & Staf orders with FREE Tracking)

  3. First Class: Expected 3-5 day delivery within the U.S. & it's Territories
    (Accessory Only and Small Parts orders up to 15.99 ozs with FREE Tracking)

  4. Priority Mail International: Typically 6-10 Business Days with FREE Limited Tracking

1Priority Mail Express has a money-back guarantee if your mailpiece is not delivered by the promised time but is contingent on a number of factors including the package drop-off time as well as the origin and destination zip codes.

2 In most cases, the "expected" delivery date of 1, 2, or 3 business days is met but is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time and does not come with a money-back guarantee.

As we all know Covid has affected every aspect or our world... and this, of course, includes shipping. During last year with Covid, the Holiday Season with more families being at home and ordering online it had radically slowed down delivery times. Then after the first of the year deliveries started to improve... but then we had massive winter storms across the U.S., etc which slowed things down again. Now, to date... deliveries seemed to have improved but does NOT mean they are totally back to "normal".

This does NOT mean that EVERY shipment will be late but there will be times a shipment COULD be later than expected. This is NOT a issue as it IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. It also does not mean that it's ONLY USPS that has these delivery problems... So PLEASE, bear with it as my experience has been over the 19 years that... the package WILL BE DELIVERED.

You will receive an email when the Post Office takes possession of the shipment which will have the tracking number for you to monitor it's movement. You can also sign up there for automatic notification of ANY movement for FREE. If you want to speak to USPS Customer Service you can call them at 1-800-ASH-USPS (1-800-275-8777).

I check the status of EACH AND EVERY SHIPMENT EVERY DAY! But keep in mind, I can not see any additional information than is available to you.
