BUILD/SHIP STATUS...
I've been able to maintain my normal building/shipping schedule for Stik and Staf orders with 2-3 days delivery via USPS Priority Mail and
4-5 days delivery for USPS First Class Mail for most accessories without a Stik or Staf order, all depending on the product(s) and the day and time the order is received.
DELIVERY STATUS...
As we all know... since the increased rise of Covid, working through the holiday season and the devastating weather across the U.S....
the delivery times over the past few months have been up and down.
BUT... the Good News Is... there have been significant reductions in those delays and things are very close to normal again!
Lately the biggest problem remains with lack of distribution and delivery personnel due to Covid and, of course,
the harsh weather across the U.S. creating large numbers of pileups, particularly on the interstates.
So... just to be honest there still could be slight delays here and there.
While everyone is trying their best, your patience has and is been GREATLY Appreciated!

I have been fortunate enough to build my inventory back up for the most part... so check back often for new products arriving weekly.

If you opt to call I am only able to answer your calls during the times I'm in the office but not usually when in the shop.
You see, when in the shop I am often around loud equipment which makes it very difficult to hear the phone.
If there is no answer, you MUST leave a message with your name and reason for the call to receive a return call.
(I apologize but there are STILL to many pollution calls coming in.)
I WILL return your call as soon as I can. Overall though, it is best to use email.
